An interesting story you have about your DI / Trialogue application:
I was running a full day work shop in Seoul, Korea, with managers from 12 different countries, mostly Asian. Using DI, i litterally experienced the national culture elements dissapear, and turning into Blue, Red and Green, with the same typical behaviour of the colours I see anywhere: The Green finnished first and started wandering around. The Blue were quitely wiriting down bullets in an orderly manner, and the Red was having fun and couldnt finnish on time.
