Trainer and Coach for Intercultural Competence
I have been using DI with both individuals and groups. It is a great tool in relocation trainings to reflect the participant’s cultural predispositions and communication style. For groups, it works perfectly for breaking the ice and getting people who do not know one another into engaging and fun filled communication.
Lutz is an active part-time trainer and coach for intercultural competence based in Berlin, Germany. He focuses on trainings in academia, welcoming international scholars to Germany. Here, he combines his professional experience as higher education manager with his passion for all things intercultural. With his interactive and thought provoking trainings, he has helped numerous young academics to navigate the German research landscape.
Living, studying and working in the USA for 10 years, Lutz also provides relocation trainings to/from both Germany and the US. Tailored to the individual needs of the person or family about to move abroad, his trainings open new perspectives and impact people’s lives.

An interesting story you have about your DI / Trialogue application:
Some time ago, I went on a fascinating trip into the virtual world. It was a lot of fun to create my personal avatar, look, dress and act as I normally would not and participate in a DI session. The technology worked surprisingly well for a beta-trial. Thanks to Piotr of Human Factors to make this possible.
