DI / Trialogue experience: I have worked with Diversity Icebreaker as a starting point for making conversations in organizations since I was first introduced to it by BZE in 2005. I have used this tool in roughly 30 organizations and with thousands of emplyees. It continues to be the best tool we have.
Background: Formal education from NTNU, Trondheim and UNSW, Sydney: Organizational Psychologist. Started working with Human Factors as an assistant consultant. In 2010, I started my own consultancy in Trondheim. I have been working with a partner in Østlyng&Bjerke AS from 2015. I also started and run a business that educates process leaders, Playmakers AS – since 2013. Main point of interest: Ethical leadership, awareness-based leadership development, employee development. Communication and cooperation.
Languages: Norwegian (native) and English (profficient)
An interesting story you have about your DI / Trialogue application: I especially love this tool when we are working with developing employees in large organizations – making them talk the same language all at once.
